Storage tank type ZB 1000 ES with elipsoid cover and conical bottom and polished to mirror surfaces, is designed to storage and transportation of high viscosity products such as emulsions, ointments, creams, gels.
Characteristic
Features:
- material: acid resistant steel AISI 304 or AISI 316L
- all welds ground clean to the sheet surface
- surface mechanically polished to mirror ( option: up to Ra≤ 0,2 um )
- cylindrical vessl, placed on four legs
- in mobile versions, legs are equipped with torsiona wheels – two of the them have brakes; vessel adjusted to fork lift transportation
- option: tank equipped with insulation and heating jacket with temperature control
- conical bottom with inner angle adjusted to product type
- in the bottom center – discharge nozzle with butterfly or membrane valve
- height of the discharge nozzle adjusted to FIP pump uf URLINSKI
- inspection hinged manhole with screwed clamp and cleanable gasket, equipped with CIP shower head ( static or rotational ) with nozzle enabling connection to external CIP system
- on the cover – sterile aeration filter (option)
