Mixer type MZUTL 50 C is the first-class homogenizing machine belonging to series of types including mixers from 5 to 5000 liters of capacity. It is designed in accordance with GMP directive and GAMP guidelines as well as FDA “scale-up” rules for manufacturing of cosmetic and pharmaceutical products. Thanks to the innovative technological solutions application, production of creams, ointments, gels or suspensions has become easy and productive. Characteristic
Homogenizing mixer MZUTL 50 C offers an easy way to adjust the production process to a wide range of products:
- infinitely variable adjustment of anchor stirrer rotational speed up to 2,5 m/s, equipped with directing blades and two-ways acting scrapers
- infinitely variable adjustment of 4-row comb-shaped homogenizer rotational speed up to 30 m/s
