The standrad MZUTL 1000 homogenizing mixer is equipped with cover lifting system for raising the cover together with the mixing agitator. This equipment is designed especially for production of high viscosity pharmaceutical and cosmetic products.

Our main offer comprises MZUTL mixers of following capacities : 5, 30, 50, 100, 150, 200, 300, 450, 600 and 1000 liters.

Characteristic

The extensive list of equipment allows technologists to adjust the machine to a wide range of products:
  • the standard vessel is made of AISI 304 steel, or 316L/316Ti steel as an option
  • surface is polished to Ra≤0,5 µm
  • vacuum-tight vessel is adjusted to work in over-pressure conditions
  • heating or cooling jacket for liquid or gas-form agents
  • infinitely variable regulation of the mixing agitator’s rotations
  • the mixing agitator applicable to high power gear motors can rotate clockwise or counter-clockwise
  • mixing agitator and wave breakers are equipped with directing mixing blades for ensuring intensive mixing of the product in vertical and horizontal directions
  • infinitely variable regulation of the homogenizing agitator’s rotations together with possibility of adjusting the drive power for the target product
